Marangingtong Castle: Marangtong or Marangingtong where the sky sleeps leaning on the mountain is situated in a poetic picturesque setting.
This hilltop was first brought to the scene by the Buddhists. In 1993, a 6x4 cubit Buddhist statue was erected there with the funding of the Bandarban Hill District Council. A festival named 'Maraingtong Mela' is celebrated every year around the Buddhist monastery established on the top of this hill. In this festival, many Buddhist monks and monks from neighboring countries gather. A Buddhist fair is held there for 3 days every year.
The location of Maraingtong place is about 2000 feet high on the border of Alikadam-Lama upazila. Any tourist can become alone with nature and blue sky from this mountain top. From the top of the hill straight west, the world's largest open sea Cox's Bazar beach can be easily seen. Moreover, standing there, one can listen to the rhythmic echoes of a poetic environment while observing the wonderful scenic views of nature.
16/17 km away from Alikadam Upazila Sadar is "Maraingtong Jadi". The curved mountain road with brick road goes right up to the top of the hill.
Granthil Paharika around. The sky and the mountains are one. Rafts of clouds play hide-and-seek on all sides during the monsoons. The inner silent beauty can be observed from the camp ground on the top of the hill.

Day-00
We will go to Alikadam residential market by bus from Dhaka.
Day-1
In the morning, I will get off the bus as soon as possible, have breakfast and go to Marayangtong for the necessary market.
Marayangtang will get up and set up the tent. Then the preparation of food, everyone will mix there. Local people will also be there.
Day-2
After breakfast in the morning I will go down from Maraintong. Then I will visit Ali's Cave and go to Maya Lake.
After early dinner return to Dhaka by bus at 7.30 pm.
Day-3
I will return to Dhaka in the morning of 27th, inshallah.
